"Location is good, a stone’s throw away from SM MINDPRO. The bedroom floor needs polishing, it feels wet/sticky and dirty. We had to buy bedroom sleepers at the reception otherwise u cant walk barefoot inside the room your soles will turn brown. Hot shower doesn’t work. But otherwise okay. There is unlimited complementary water, u just have to get it from the hallway with a provided pitcher. Aircon works well. And I appreciate that they allowed early check-in with minimal fee."

"Bathroom smelt very bad, we know why as it's mouldy on the walls and under the shower tiles black comes up from where the water goes under the bathroom is actually quite dirty a bit of bleach or a strong mould remover would work wonders.. Towel rail just hanging on wall. Nothing to place your things in the bathroom and only a small desk so if you have to keep things in your suitcase as there is no room. Room service had to put the plates of food on the bed yes on the bed as the desk is very small and there is nothing else to use. The staff are very polite and this is what is keeping this hotel going as for us it wouldn't be the rooms. Maintenance would help if you actually repair stuff in the room. The phone system was down so had to keep leaving the room to ask questions about things, number given we couldn't get through to the mobile number.. Being fathers day we had to stay in Zamboanga for 2 days for business and had no choice to stay for the 2 nights otherwise I would have left that night. The second night we had no water coming out the tap not happy. The hot water system has the bathroom light wired in as well and when you are showering the light flickers like a disco. Seems quite dangerous. Overall the bathroom has let the room down and even the dust on top of things, I'm tall so I see it all. I can actually let the room pass but definitely not the stinky bathroom and the health hazard mould."

"When we checked in, we found a plastic bag with Lanzones fruit peels in the shoe rack. Despite staying in the Executive Suites, there was no drinking water or toothpaste provided. We had to call reception to request them. On the other hand, the staff were very hospitable and attentive to our requests. I hope next time they will prepare the room and clean it properly!"

"Location is great. The hotel provides complimentary airport transfer from Zamboanga Airport which is licated 5 minutes away. The receptionists were courteous and nice. Quick check in procedure.
The room was old and the bathtub is not cleaned thtoughly as I saw some hair. The screw ar the handle at the bathtub was loose and it could be dangerous.
No complimentary warer bottle provided in room."

"The hotel is located in a busy city, shopping and eating is convenient. A bit far from the airport. You can take 70 pesos on a tricycle. I didn't have a peso at the time. The police uncle helped me with the tricycle driver and spent a dollar to the hotel. The front desk service was not bad, and the room given was not listed online. The guard led to the nearby building. There was no window in the room, and it was requested to change the window. It took an hour to get it. The room is very spacious, the health is not bad, the building is very old. The shower is a family-style electric shower. It is equivalent to the level of hotel guest houses in China. The noise outside the window is too loud. The cars that run are jeepnets or trucks. The population density of Zamboanga is too high, and it is estimated that there will be no quiet hotel wherever you live."

"It was a good place for a large group to stay.
The water supply is very good, amenities as well.
It's far from the city and ideal to have your own vehicle or rent a car to travel from the city back to the apartelle, vice versa or anywhere else in the city.
Areas for improvement:
Receptionists must be ready to welcome the guest because booking was made ahead of time and was informed of the late check in.
We waited quite a long time to attend.
The distance from the city must be updated on the website and travelling time.
The contact number also needs to be updated because the number posted on the website is not the correct number. Not contactable.
Words of appreciation to the management:
We appreciated so much that despite the no refund policy, we still receive a little refund of our entire 4 nights booking.
We only stayed one night because of the far distance from the city.
Overall, the place is still recommended.
I will consider it in the future and include to
